PATENT ASSISTANT

Rhayna is a patent assistant who provides crucial administrative support in the patent department. She ensures that all formalities before the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) are conducted according to current regulations. Her practice is primarily focused on annuity payments and patent examinations. 

She controls deadlines, communicates with clients, and analyzes powers of attorney and other documentation relative to Patent and Industrial Design filing applications. 

Before joining Tavares, Rhayna worked for 10 years at another renowned Brazilian Intellectual Property office.
