Before joining Tavares IP, Bernardo worked for other renowned Brazilian law firms. He is an industrial property agent specializing in commercial contracts. His expertise is focused on Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, and he advises and negotiates commercial agreements such as franchising, licensing, computer programs, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyrights, and industrial designs.
